received item in factory package, but item was damaged, had a sticky glue like substance on the grinders, sticky to the touch, not useable, contacted the seller, he wanted pictures, sent pictures which he saw and so did Ebay, asked for refund, seller said send them back for a refund, asked for a return label, seller said NO , seller doesn't seem too concerned with resolving issue, seems to more worried about potentially having to replace a $12 grinder set.
