However this product is sold as a Windows 11 PC and it is but it is pre installed with no OOBE as expected. That means there is no Windows product key for it. If it fails, it cannot be properly and legally reinstalled without it.

Was a bit disappointed it did not have a CD-ROM drive, but the listing didn't say it did. The computer did not have bluetooth. The WiFi card couldn't do more than 47Mb in a speed test. Bought a new combo wifi/BT card off of Amazon and then was able to get 390Mb expected. Overall I got what I expected and very happy with the price.
