My book was described as in "very good" condition. I received a VERY used book that had old tabs stuck on by the previous owner. Zuber initially offered a small inconvenience credit of less than $10 for a book I paid nearly $90 for. It took 10 days for a manager to review and eventually offered a full refund. For 10 days, the seller was radio silent. I figured they weren't going to follow-up so I donated the book and took the $ hit. Things happen, I get it but this was overall disappointing.
