There is an obvious need for timeliness for delivery of tax software. This vendor failed to send it on time, it took much time and multiple messages to get this corrected. A package was never shipped. Eventually, a link and a code to access it were. Due to the delay, I had to manually enter data in Excel rather than use the purchased software to do the initial calculations, furhter wasting my time.
