We try to please every customer. We have techs on staff, and many other chillers in stock. Buyer tried to make a return after the window closed. We had a tech try to contact him. No reply. We offered to send a tech, no reply. Offered to give a huge discount on another unit, no reply. The item contained refrigerant, requires a trained professional to handle. Buyer claimed he had many chillers & parts laying around. We have proof that it worked perfectly. Can't reply but able to leave bad feedback
