i recently purchased a ds game advertised as “brand new” from this seller. however, upon receiving the item, it was clear that it had been resealed/re-shrinked and was not truly brand new. this is extremely disappointing and misleading. i urge potential buyers to proceed with caution when dealing with this seller, as the item you receive may not be as described. honesty and transparency are crucial in online transactions, and unfortunately, this experience fell short. deal with caution.

Oops! I missed the sticker on the back of the SEALED game that stated it was preowned. That is my mistake and I'll own it. However, I NEVER HEARD from this buyer who would have been refunded in full. If they would learn how to communicate and not try to ruin a hard working sellers reputation over an oversight on a cheap game, Ebay would be a lot better place to shop for them. They state "proceed with caution" when I have a stunning reputation. I say proceed with caution with this Buyer!
