These fit perfectly over the post on the gamecube shell and provide a nice spot for the region switch to poke out the grill. One note of caution, buy the matching switch from this seller. It's worth the money, not wasting time trying to fit your own. Twenty minutes of filing and sanding.

First one completely stripped second one broke the screw off trying to screw it in. Ended up trying to hot glue the power board to it but it wasn’t perfect. Ended up having to order another bracket and another power board because I couldn’t get it glued at the right angle do to the screw stuck in it and my power board is now covered in glue making it impossible to put back into the regular bracket.
