12 days I e had to open a case on seller as item has not arrived false post office tracking given having to get eBay to step in to refund shocking

Feedback was left 10 Days after purchase. Item was bought on a Friday so post by date wasn't until the following Monday, 15th April so its only a couple of days behind. Proof of posting Post Office receipt was sent to the buyer as soon as they questioned delivery. They then claimed it was fake so sent them a screenshot of the Royal Mail app that shows an update will be available when they attempt to deliver, not that the reference doesn't exist. Buyer is a liar as proved above 050DA441D96
