After changing the normal printer ink to sublimation ink, i was finding it difficult to het the printer working but the buyer was so prompt with responding to me and super helpful with guiding me. One the other side was Royal Mail who gave me a delivery date 27/8 then said attempted delivery which they didn’t do said they were going to deliver next day nope finally arrived Saturday morning.
