It shouldn't take a month to ship something because the seller is too lazy to do so. I'm surprised it arrived after requesting it be shipped almost a month later with zero contact. Seller states that you will be banned for negative feedback because he knows he sucks as a seller. How hard is it to just send the thing in a timely manner? Bad seller. Don't bother. If you don't want the negative feedback, actually put in some sort of effort.
