These inner soles really do massage the foot, A bit "ouchie" to begin with, a bit like getting used to wearing a new pair of shoes so I have only been wearing them in my shoes for an hour or two each day, until I get used to them. It's only been 3 days but I'm up to 5 hours today so maybe in a week or so I can tolerate the soles for longer. My feet do feel better, a bit tender first up once removing the inner soles but by days end the ache in my heel and around my toes is gone.
