This item was as described, but was not packed well. Several orders of jewelry were thrown into a bubble mailer without any other protection. I'm not sure if the scratches I see were actually there before they were shipped.

The buyer was offered a return if they weren't happy and the items arrived safely. I don't think leaving neutral feedback because they don't like how I shipped it makes sense.
