It does have some smears and smudges from who knows what and some buttons are a little sticky, but after a quick clean it looked brand new. For 35 dollars, if you already have a controller that doesn’t work right or extra parts laying around, this is a must get. I was able to swap my battery cover over and order a new stick component and after that it was just like brand new. Love this product, thank you!
