      4 days late, no tracking number, $4.32 postage due because seller violated postal regulations and sent bulk items in a letter envelope with a single postage stamp. Seller's response was "I did this many times before without a problem". Now I have to pay for seller's ignorance of postal regs. Avoid this seller or same is likely to happen to you. Now cost me almost twice what I was willing to pay and my project is late because of delayed delivery.
