The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and understood the issue. The belt I Purchased was held together with office staples, was cracked and coming apart, overall very poor quality from his supplier. I was thankful he agreed that he would not accept an item in such condition and he offered a refund - I mailed the belt back, and received my money back. No fuss
