    Communication with seller could not be better. I indicated I needed item send right away with 2 day shipping and paid for that service. Unfortunately their shipping partner dropped the ball and item arrived past the deadline. I do not believe this was the sellers fault but that of their shipping/fulfillment partner. Seller was sorry but made good. I returned item and received a full refund. Thank you so much for doing the right thing. I would buy from again, but allow extra time for fulfillment.
