    Fast shipping. Good packaging. Good communication. Issue was resolved quickly when I found out that a D50 cartridge card would need the outer casing that covers the back of the card swapped to be used in a D550 rack. He carries the outer casing needed for the D550 on his web site. I received it quickly and did the swap without problem. Works fine in my D550 now. There wouldn't have been an issue at all if I had ordered the D550 card instead of the one for the D50. Both items are listed.
