The package came right away and just from opening the package I noticed it was packed with care. The shoebox was wrapped in bubble wrap with an origami paper crane on top. Inside, the heels of each shoe were individually wrapped and there was extra packing material of bubble wrap and paper to ensure that the shoes stayed in place while in transit. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and do business again. Thank you!

The only delay was due to U.S. Customs clearance, but both the seller and UPS contacted me quickly and helped me resolve it. Once cleared, the package arrived the next day. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend this seller!
