    Seller printed a label but 18 days later, the item has still not been shipped. The seller also refuses to reply to emails requesting a status or an explanation. I would not recommend this seller.

    This package was sent via USPS and was lost by USPS. We had a couple of packages that were sent from the Atlanta USPS warehouse. However this has been corrected according to USPS.
