its not the fault of the seller or myself. the hat band is made from real crocodile leather and teeth its imported from Australia to UK. UK Border Force Customs seized it need proof of my import licence for such goods as well as export licence from supplier. its not possible for me to get/ arrange for all of this. i simply dont understand what ive got to do and Border Force dont answer their phones much. So i've lost my money.
