Product was not suitable for purpose whilst I think this may lift a child's bicycle it certainly wouldn't lift a adults eBike the buyer said that he was rated at 60 kg when I got the bike lift maximum weight said 50 lb trying to return this item was one of the most painful experiences I've ever heard as the supplier just kept asking for photographic proof then suggesting that I made a video and put it on YouTube so offering me a small money payment to keep their unsuitable product buyers beware

Having corresponded with this seller on several occasions I expressed my initial concerns with reference to the safety and functionality of product the seller responded with (you can test the product if you like) so at my expense I tested the product which confirmed what I already feared for the product is completely unfit for purpose and a potential danger having asked for a refund the seller seems to avoid this but just offering me a lessor sum and asked me to keep their product
