I went back & forth with her repeatedly - there was die back and she shipped it soaking wet- you do not send Euphorbia soaking wet. It is rotting & in horrible condition. She is taking no responsibility and said it is going dormant- it was September from Florida- not going dormant. It's a fact. Soil has to be wet for a plant to survive, any other presumption would be just bizarre.
