    I'm giving a positive because the shipping FUBAR I don't believe was the seller''s fault, thank the good ol' usps for that. Seller responded quickly and got me the re-ordered part in a somewhat timely fashion (again usps). The shipping box was just thrashed when it finally made it here but the part being heavy duty survived! Again the Seller handled this fiasco and was fast and courteous with their replies..!

    I guess it's my fault for assuming, or not asking, but I was not aware that the pulley for this sewing machine speed reducer is made of plastic rather than aluminum or cast iron. I've never seen one that wasn't metal and don't know how durable this will be. Would not have ordered if I'd known it was plastic. Wish the listing had clearly stated this. Not much communication at all. Had no idea where the item was, in terms of shipping progress, but it did eventually arrive in good condition.
