Desktop arrived four days later (on time) missing a power cord and gpu. Seller took only ten minutes to respond originally and promised to ship missing parts the same day. I thought they were great but after four days I tried to ask them for the shipping number and they didn't respond. I tried again twice the next day and they still didn't respond. The next day is today, and they still haven't responded.
