The item description said that this would be “in like new condition”. What a lie that was. The case was sticky, the Blu-ray was scratched and loose in the case. The only reason I’m giving a neutral rating is because the 4K disc itself was in perfect shape. I’m also pretty upset that the seller charged $4 for shipping and just put it in a regular envelope and the movie came in a shattered case as a result. A total ripoff in other words. I do not recommend this seller

This was extremely disappointing to read. I do not sell items that are “sticky” or damaged. Also I’m puzzled by the fact you’re upset about shipping costing 4$ when that’s what all items shipped via media mail cost. I send all my items to same way in protective bubble mailers but sometimes damages do occur as the sorting machines can be very rough. I cannot control the Post Office. I’m always more than happy to offer a refund for damages if the buyer requests one. I’m sorry you didn’t do that.
