Excellent service from Royal Mail and seller issued a refund promptly less cost of post.

The seller has not explained why or apologised for not fulfilling the order. The parcel came insufficiently wrapped, so the paper wrapping was badly torn. Fortunately, the actual printer paper survived unscated.
