First off, communication with the seller is almost zero. Item didn't ship until like 10days after payment. From the time the item was picked up until delivery was actually fast. It took about four days from Japan to Canada for the delivery. The item isn't great. The sensor is faulty, hence it doesn't give sharp or quality images and videos. Reached out to the seller but no response as usual. The camera is long out of warranty, so Blackmagic can't help except I pay. I think I wasted my money.
