That used to be the trade-off with my bone-conduction phones, and now I get both. Thing is, I had to replace the original charging case with this one because one of the contact pins broke off. I’m not sure how it happened, but one thing that irked me is that it is not possible to open these things up without basically breaking them. I wish they’d make it easier for end-users to repair.

I don’t know what the problem with them for me was, but they would fly off when I put my pony tail up. I’ve had open ear ear buds that stay in place so well that I don’t even notice them. Not these. They’re really nice sounding otherwise.
