    This seller sent me a graphics card with a noticeably bent support bracket and to think the box and packing material that it was shipped in couldn't have been in any better shape although "SimplexityTech" would like you to believe otherwise! No this was no case of being damaged in transit, rather the seller believing it was OK to ship out an "item not as described" and I say UNACCEPTABLE!

    Yes, the front i/o shield had been slightly bent (2mm off) during shipping. Easily fixed by just bending it back. We asked you to bend it back and see if the card was working. You refused saying you were
