haven't received the item yet, but I had a frustrating experience with the seller. It was taking forever to ship so I asked them if they could cancel it, then they shipped it anyways and ignored my message. They told me they had shipped it before they received the message, but I sent the message many days in advance. They offered to have me send it back but I'm not going to waste more of my time & money on this :(
