This item was not an “open box” as described. It was used. Had to use my own adhesive to attach to TV only to find out after doing so that the pairing code wasn’t included. To make matters even worse, the camera didn’t work. So I have lights attached to the TV that are not easily removable and efforts to get nanoleaf to help have been unsuccessful but I’m more optimistic they’ll help than this seller. All I said was feedback would reflect these issues and he called that “extortion.”
