I do not accept the blame because we check the zipper of all our sold items prior to shipping them and there was no problem with the zipper then you wanted to take advantage of Ebay return policy for the damage that was done by you and return a dress with a broken zipper .then treat me with negative feedback . people will judge themselves between your negative review and my 3424 positive reviews
