The quality is so bad, one might expect to see them at a dollar store marked down to 50 cents . One plate came broken in pieces and thrr sre chips on cups. The breakage was caused by the seller cramming too much into a too small of a box. Feel ripped off, but I should of looked at the photos better. The dishes, as thoroughly explained in the description, were a wedding gift that sat unused in a cabinet. A fork had never touched those plates and a lip had never touched those cups. These were 100% new, just not in box, Pfaltgraff dishes. Pfaltzgraff is quality. Sorry they arrived damaged, but there was half of a giant bag of packing peanuts in the voids, bubble wrap around each item as well as paper and tape to secure everything,Pfaltzgraff FILIGREE USA 10 Pieces, 2 Place Settings Plates Bowls Saucers Cups (#226711934074)
