FedEx lost the item in transit, and admitted they lost it. Which is not the fault of the seller, but their responsibility to make right. FedEx instructed me to contact the seller for a refund, I did and gave him a chance to contact FedEx. Several days later I asked for a refund and seller did not reply. I had to go through eBay to get my money back.
