Did not let me know it had not arrived, only found out when randomly looking at my feedback. This means I was not able to do anything about it or even contact Royal Mail and it has ruined my 100% feedback for nothing, which is really annoying for something that could have been solved with a message. All they had to do was contact me. As soon as I saw this I gave a full refund.
