I first bought another replacement mechanism from a different seller without the hands, but the old clock hands didn't fit on it. So I bought this one with the hands included. Had to clip a little off the tips of the hands to fit the clock enclosure and add spacers so the stem would fit behind the glass front. Managed to get it all back together and it keeps perfect time! Clock was a wedding gift to me and my wife from 33 years ago so glad to be able to fix it.
