The seller said to me I must pay the Custom costs. On other occasions when I bought shipments on Ebay - I paid the customs cost when I picked up the article - and I kept telling the seller this and he kept telling me I had to pay the customs cost. The courier company never commutated to me that there were customs cost to be paid. This needs to b known by Ebay.
