      These goat hoof trimmers are extremely excellent quality, but they sent me the wrong model with different handles, and they didn't communicate with my 4 messages I sent them to resolve it. I think their ebay app is buggy in the message center, because some of their other buyers said the same thing - no communication. I am telling ebay support now, maybe they can help them. I cannot leave negative feedback, simply because of the sharp excellent quality and fast shipping.
