Bought a laptop, was sent a laptop with the same chassis but a much lower spec. I contacted support who assured me that I would have it replaced if I returned it, but asked them to confirm they had it in stock since I had seen that the same thing had been done to others who were told the item wasn't in stock. It seems to me that they intentionally send customers the wrong item in hopes that they won't realise it. They DO NOT practise honest business. Support stopped replying after a while.
