    Was advertised as in working condition, it does not work. It was poorly packaged in on arrival when I opened the box 2 tubes had come out of the sockets one was broken and shattered in the radio, and the other was loose and just knocking around so at this point, what’s the seller going to do for me? Are they going to take the radio in return and give me back my money or am I stuck with a piece of garbage

    I have no control over USPS. I always pack my items good. Priority boxes do have automatic insurance of $100.00. That was the cost of the item. If you send me a photo of damage we could claim a insurance claim with USPS If you contact me I can send you tubes and make the radio work. I always give my business card. You could have called me before leaving negative feedback .One way or another we can make it right.
