Communication by the seller was great; cost of the item was reasonable; it arrived quickly. I've rarely received items packed so well and carefully. I would recommend this seller to anyone.
But as I unpacked the one figurine and the packing was unrolled, small pieces started to fall out. Sadly, the pilgrim woman has lost her head in 12 small pieces. I will never know what happened; I fully believe the seller took exceptional care in packing and shipping (the box was undamaged). Sh*t happens!
