    Before accepting the refund I read on the pending answer acceptance request from eBay that in addition to the refund, I was going the be refunded by eBay for any additional charges, I paid tax and also so the refund is less than 50%. So, I thought the refund by the seller plus the additional refund by eBay makes more than 50%, that's why I decided to accept the low sellers refund, but I ended up only getting the seller’s refund. Where is the eBay Money Back Guarantee? Shouldn’t have accepted.
