Quality and appearance are very good with clear labeling on the DIMMs and a handy troubleshooting card with a support number clearly printed on it. But I never needed the support card, as the DIMMS fit the Dell Optiplex 755 computer perfectly and worked just fine. I find that this ia a good value and easy to justify upgrade for a vintage computer.
