I am 5:10 170 fit and a medium was perfect. The arms may seem short, they are. Rolling up the sleeves gives a really shaped contoured look and take off the edginess. Go a size up if you're not as fit. You will need a large if your regular size is medium and you've been eating pasta and carbs for a month lol. I look amazing decked out with the logo of the world;s best band...in RED no less
