And i buy this size all the time and have had no problems!! And also there was no elastic as in stretch left in the waste and that was not in the description!! Who wants shorts with no stretch ? I wanted a refund and the owner wanted me to pay postage both ways for stretched out shorts that don't fit! I will never use this seller again! The shorts stretch perfectly and there is an additional drawstring in the waistband. The buyer didn't bother to read the description and compare the specified sizes of the item. Requested a refund. Due to the very high cost of shipping I don't have a refund, which the buyer could also familiarize himself with prior to purchase. In our correspondence the buyer behaved aggressively and boorishly. Do not deal with this buyer!!
