It was said that my parcel will arrive by a certain date. As it didn't arrive, I asked about it and they wanted to apologize for it and give me the money back. 3 days later it arrived.
Unfortunately too late for me. Now I've wanted to send it back for 2 weeks and I don't get a return label. They want me to pay for the return myself, which would cost 16€, to London and they say, the buyer has to pay for the return!
