    The grade of "neutral" is mostly the fault of eBay itself. They (EB) have sent numerous reminders to rate the transaction. OK...at 77 I get it that EB and sellers would like a rating. Very bothersome to have sellers repeated messages about all the steps they are taking to process the order and worse yet EB reminding me as if you are pressuring a child to do something. The material was what I wanted. Arrived undamaged and that was it. I'd buy others from the same supplier.
