    Patch was packaged and a tracking ID assigned. It was never dropped to the Post Office. Seller did not respond to my message seeking status, new tracking or any info. Delivery date came and went without communication or response. I filed a never received with the situation and was refunded by eBay. Meanwhile.... the seller sends an offer on this EXACT item with a discount to me. Seller needs to get their shipping business and communications house in order.
