It took a little longer to get to me than estimated but they did have free shipping so that was a plus. There was no packing slip in the box. I thought that there would be since they offer a 2 year warranty on my particular part. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend this business to anyone looking for quality auto parts.

Received incorrect item (right side instead of left), seller took 3 days to respond to initial message, and 24-48 hrs between replies trying to resolve, ended up taking 10 days to resolve the issue. I ended up keeping the item although I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere just to save time. First offer was $14 refund, second was $28, however he refunded $26, so taxes would equal almost $28. Refuses to own up for their mistake and compromise a solution.
