I went back and forth between positive/neutral for this transaction. The item, described as mint in box, was not what I'd call mint. The ties that held the vehicle part of this set had been severed, suggesting that the item had been removed. (The description was clear about the figure not being included.) The condition of the vehicle looked new overall, though, so I'm happy with the outcome, and am going to call this a positive experience.
